A Penchant for Post-its
I am a ruiner of clean notebooks. My shelves are littered with startings and never finishings. I pray this time a new notebook will bring the inspiration I’ve been looking for.
My drawers are filled with plastic bags stuffed with post-it notes and index cards that hold half-formed thoughts jotted down hastily before they could fall through the creaky floorboards of my mind. I can’t bear to part with some of the gems, so I’m going to (attempt to) organize them here. Because some thoughts, like the evergreens I love so much, never go out of season.
If my life were a novella–this would be it.
